TL Associates was incorporated in year 1996 under the Board of Quantity Surveyors, Malaysia as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor Practice. The company is also registered with the following bodies:-

Principal
Sr Lee Choon Bin (CB)
Qualifications :Diploma in Building Technology, Tunku Abdul Rahman College ; BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Thames Polytechnic (now known as University of Greenwich)
Memberships :CQS, FRISM, AAIQS, MRICS, ICECA
Capability summary
CB has over 30 years of experience in working as a consultant Quantity Surveyor in providing full and comprehensive quantity surveying and project cost consultancy services in Malaysia.
CB started his career as Senior QS in Baharuddin Ali & Law Sdn Bhd, a Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Construction Cost Consultants in Year 1990. In year 1995 he and his partners founded TL Associates to provide quantity surveying services. He then took over TL Associates and became the Principal of the firm in Year 2007 after his partners left the firm for migration.
Over the years CB has gained extensive experience throughout the pre and post contact phases of new build, renovation and refurbishment projects from residential, mixed-use development, commercial and infrastructure.
